If you have completed all the paperwork in the referral packet, double check with your school guidance counselor or building administrator that it was sent to Special Services. Your guidance counselor will contact the Special Services Clerk to ensure that the packet was recieved. If the packet was received at Special Services, send an email to the Child Study Team contact person at your school to verify the date and time of the Evaluation Planning Meeting.
